Doggy by Angie I may seem like an innocent pet. I like to annoy my owner. I love going to the park. I bark at my owner when I don’t have food. I love to eat treats. I love to be lazy sometimes. I get excited when I see my owner. I love to meet other furries like me. I wag my tail when I am happy. I am a sneaky animal. Angie is a student at University Heights High School in The Bronx.

Hai-ku!: The Perfect Picture. by Dominic Every time I look at the window, I feel good luck coming through me With a small aura I felt, A yellowish and white aura, I see the building with 20 floors. I always thought to myself “Why does this building have the perfect picture I loved the most?” It never grew old but it felt amazingly young, it felt like I went back to the past To see myself staring at the building for 20 minutes. I come with my games in hand, Every spring, every winter, every morning, Every single day And stare as a play without looking at the screen. I always feel lucky with this view, Without it, I would’ve felt something missing, something […]

If dreams were relate by Tori Dreams where the world is perfect But where we stand our dreams are hurled The cards we hold have no effect Unless we can change the world. If we can change the world We would end suffering, Bring the world to peace. Everyone should help each other out, Instead of fighting shouts. If we can change the world We would make the world see all The beauty around us even in the smallest things And turn all hate into love and respect. If we can change the world Everyone should be treated equally It doesn’t matter your religion or the color of your skin or even sexuality. If we can change the world The environment we live in […]
